Nutrigold cocoa butter is a product derived from organic, cold-pressed cocoa beans. Essentially, cocoa butter is a fat, a clear liquid extracted from cocoa beans. It solidifies to soft yellow-white butter that does not contain sugar or protein. A great source of vitamins and minerals wrapped in a delicately pleasant aroma and delicious chocolate flavour.
