Coconut Milk Powder 300g Vagabond

Coconut milk powder replaces fresh coconut milk and is an excellent alternative to animal origin milk. Ideally for cake making, ice-creams and desserts but also for cold and warm beverages.

Ingredients:

Fresh coconut cream 85,2%, glucose syrup (from tapioca), emulsifier: dipotassium phosphate (E340), mono and diglyceride of fatty acids (E471), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide (E551))

Suggested use:

For low-fat coconut milk, mix 100 g of powder and 400 ml of water, while for whole coconut milk, mix 100 g of powder and 150 ml of water.

Storage instructions:

Store in a dry and cool place.
