Coconut oil is solid, but above 25°C it becomes liquid.

Suggested use:

Commonly used for cooking, best raw or melted. A great addition to cakes, pancakes and raw sweets. If you like the taste of coconut, try it in your favourite smoothie or even add it to soups, stews and ready to eat meals. Not suitable for frying. Instead, we recommend using  RBD coconut oil with a high smoking point of 220°C.

Add to taste or as required in a recipe.
