Suggested use:

Commonly used for cooking, best raw or melted. A great addition to cakes, pancakes and raw sweets. If you like the taste of coconut, try it in your favourite smoothie or even add it to soups, stews and ready-to-eat meals. Not suitable for frying, instead we recommend using  RBD coconut oil with a high smoking point of 220°C.
