Organic gluten free corn porridge may be used to thicken soups and sauces, added to pastries or prepared as a porridge on its own. This product is free of artificial colouring, other chemicals, milk and soy.

Suggested use:

Put the desired quantity of corn grits in a bowl, pour hot water, milk or any herbal drink over it until liquid reaches 1 cm above the grits. Let it stand for two to three minutes. If you wish, you may add dried or fresh fruits of your choice.
