Algamar dulse algae were obtained by careful cultivation in organic conditions, after which the algae were carefully harvested and dried at a low temperature to preserve the nutritional profile of the raw material.
The crunchy texture, with a delicious aroma slightly reminiscent of the taste of sea crabs, goes well with cold and hot dishes, so you can add them to salads, stews, couscous, pasta soup or rice.
