Naturally gluten free, glass noodles known as Vermicelli are made from mung bean and peas. Their preparation is easy, requiring only few minutes to be cooked. Traditionally used in China and around Asia, these noodles will suit many Asian recipes. Especially popular for their glass-like transparency when cooked.
Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Store in a dry, cool and dark place.
