What is the link between magnesium and muscle recovery? Let's find out!
Magnesium chloride is a type of salt used as a nutritional supplement. It is primarily used to supplement your dietary intake of magnesium. This form of magnesium can be dissolved in water, making it easier for your body to absorb and use. Magnesium chloride is absorbed almost entirely in the gut which makes it more readily available in your bloodstream.
Given that magnesium is a vital nutrient to human health and is involved in numerous enzyme processes, it is especially recommended during stressful periods and for recovery because it may contribute to normal muscle function and reduce fatigue and weakness.
Did you know that Magnesium chloride is the best possible form of magnesium for boosting metabolism?
It can also be applied topically by applying the water-dissolved solution directly on the skin. By doing so, the absorption process will be the fastest and most efficient.
