Solid at room temperature, coconut oil turns into liquid at temperatures above 25°C.

Since coconut naturally doesn't contain gluten, it is suitable for gluten intolerant people as well as vegans and vegetarians. 

The most valuable component of organic coconut oil is its saturated fatty acids, also known as ''healthy fats'' whose value can reach up to 80g per 100g of product.
