Gingerbread cookies are among the first associations when you mention the winter, snow and holiday season. We don't like gingerbread only then, but it is our favourite dessert at any time, so we have created a recipe that you can eat whenever you want. Not just for honey lovers... Gingerbread cookies do not have to contain flour (starch) and do not have to be full of sugar. There is a much healthier version of this holiday cheer classic, made with only four ingredients. 

Forget buying gingerbread mixture and rather make these healthy and nutritious ones!

Let's serve this Christmas classic in a completely non-classic way! Are you ready to get excited?

Instructions:

  1. Heat the coconut oil and honey and mix well until it dissolves into a uniform mixture.
  2. Add oatmeal and cranberries to the melted and sticky mixture and mix everything well.
  3. Pour the mixture on a baking sheet or baking paper and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. When it takes on a light brown colour, remove, cool and cut into desired shapes.

Oatmeal delights us more and more every day.
