Instructions:
- Melt the coconut oil and allow it to cool.
- Beat egg, salt, honey and vanilla. Add chilled coconut oil.
- Add coconut flour to the mixture and mix until you get a consistent dough. It may seem like a thin mixture, but in a few minutes the coconut flour will soak up the liquid.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Using a spoon, take out the dough and arrange it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Shape the cookie dough in a preferred shape since it won’t change during baking.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes. The cookies are ready when they get a light brown edge.
- Transfer to a cooling rack to cool down before consumption.
