Instructions:

  1. Melt the coconut oil and allow it to cool.
  2. Beat egg, salt, honey and vanilla. Add chilled coconut oil.
  3. Add coconut flour to the mixture and mix until you get a consistent dough. It may seem like a thin mixture, but in a few minutes the coconut flour will soak up the liquid.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Using a spoon, take out the dough and arrange it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  6. Shape the cookie dough in a preferred shape since it won’t change during baking.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes. The cookies are ready when they get a light brown edge.
  8. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool down before consumption.
