Only five minutes are enough for you to prepare a delicious, protein-rich and energy-boosting breakfast in a glass. A mix of cottage cheese and fruit enriched with super healthy whey which is known as a great food option for all group ages. 

Whey has long been considered a medicine, and in its original form is a liquid that contains less than 1% protein and over 93% water. Its main ingredients are potassium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, vitamins and amino acids. In addition, 100 grams of whey contains only 26 calories, which makes it especially suitable for weight loss. Hence, consider including whey in your diet or at least try this healthy smoothie. 

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except hazelnuts in a blender and pulse until you reach a creamy consistency. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
