Healthy, vegan, gluten-free, and nutritious, these sweet potato patties are an excellent companion to tasty burgers or a salad. What is even more important, your babies will love them. Served with yoghurt, these crispy sweet potato patties can be a nice vegetarian meal or a warm side dish.
Instructions:
This recipe may be prepared in a non-sticking pan (without added fat). Simply fry them for a few minutes on each side.
Adjust the spices to the children age, remove salt from the recipe, or separate the mixture for the child and put the spices in the rest for the adults as desired.
If you do not use salt, you can also prepare a sweet alternative by adding a little cinnamon and serving patties with homemade sugar-free jam of your choice.
