Warning:

May contain traces of nuts, sesame, soy, mustard and lupine.

Suggested use:

This package is enough for 4 large or 8-10 small burgers. Mix the contents of the package with 175 ml of boiled water and let it rest for 15 minutes. With moistened hands, form patties the size of a soup spoon. Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. Suitable for grilling or as finger food. Sunday burger: Add garlic, a little parmesan cheese, finely chopped mushrooms and fresh basil. Zucchini mixture: Mix the contents of the package with 250 g of quark, put in an ovenproof dish, cover with slices of zucchini, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
