Bauckhof’s organic falafel mix with harissa spice blend is the perfect choice for a delicious and aromatic vegan meal!

With this mix, you can quickly prepare aromatic and juicy gluten-free falafel. The preparation is fast and easy—just add water and cook, or traditionally fry. One package is enough to make about 16 evenly-sized balls, which is approximately 2 to 3 servings.

For crispier falafel, add sesame seeds before frying. If you want spicier falafel, add finely chopped onions or minced chili peppers.

You can serve the falafel balls with cooked vegetables, salad, or a light sauce, or enjoy them as a snack.

Instructions:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the contents of the package and let it sit for 15 minutes. Stir the mixture again and, using wet hands, shape into balls about the size of a teaspoon. Fry in hot oil in a pan or fryer until golden brown.
