Pasta dough: durum wheat semolina*, water

Filling 26%: cheese* (sheep milk cheese 30%*, ricotta 10%*), bread crumbs (wheat flour*, yeast*), powdered milk*, sunflower oil*, sea salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin*, pepper*

Warning:

May contain celery.

 Suggested use:

Cook for about 12-15 minutes in boiling and salted water.

Storage instructions:

Store in a dry place, away from heat. Once opened keep in a cold place and use within few days.
