Pasta dough: durum wheat semolina*, water

Filling 40%: cheese 50%* (ricotta 25%*, mountain cheese 20%*, sheep milk cheese*), bread crumbs (wheat flour*, yeast*), powdered milk*, potato flakes, dried spinach 6%*, sunflower oil*, sea salt, spices* (garlic*, basil*, pepper*), emulsifier: soy lecithin*

Suggested use:

Cook for about 12-15 minutes in boiling and salted water.

Storage instructions:

Store in a dry place, away from heat. Once opened keep in a cold place and use within few days.
