White Beans - Organic 500g Nutrigold

White beans are a real deal for a healthy and delicious meal!

White beans originated in Argentina, where they were grown by Italian migrants, who later brought them to Europe where they were considered a very exotic dish.
Today, white beans, also known as white kidney beans and Cannella beans, belong to the legume family.

As an excellent source of protein and fibre, white beans also contain low levels of fat which makes them a tasty and healthy choice for any meal.
Since it is recommended to include as much dietary fibre as possible in the diet, white beans will be a great food choice.

Nutrigold white beans are from certified organic farming and are produced in highly controlled production conditions.

Add white beans in hot stews and soups, and salads, as a delicious spread or as a simple side dish. If you are replacing red meat in your diet, legumes like white beans will be a great substitute.

Suggested use:

Soak in water for approximately 6–8 hours before cooking, preferably overnight. Rinse and place in a large pot and cover with fresh water. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 to 1-1/2 hours until tender.
