Cashew nuts are actually not nuts, but seeds that grow out of the blossom end of cashew apples on a tropical evergreen tree. 

Grown in a controlled organic environment without the use of chemical pesticides and mineral fertilizers, Nutrigold cashews provide plentiful amounts of nutrients.

Prized for their unique, sweet, buttery flavour with a soft crunch, cashews can be easily added to your diet. They can be eaten raw or roasted, or as a snack while you are on the go. Add some bite to your breakfast bowl, make creamy vegan sauce or sip your go-to herbal drink.

Popular both as snacks eaten out of hand or added as an ingredient in sweet or savoury recipes. Derived products such as butter, cheese and cashew drink are also very popular.
