An unfiltered and unpasteurized organic vinegar with "mother" - a natural complex of proteins, enzymes, fibres and friendly bacteria that give it a cloudy form.

Coconut vinegar is an indispensable product in Southeast Asian and Indian cuisine, which is rapidly gaining popularity in the West as well.

It has a delicate taste with a pleasant note of freshness and is ideal as a raw seasoning for vegetables, fish and sauces, but also as a refreshing drink, diluted with two spoons in a glass of water.
