Ingredients:
Soy*, water, firming agent: calcium chloride
*from controlled organic agriculture
Warning:
May contain traces of mustard seeds, gluten, sesame and celery.
Suggested use:
Cut in pieces and marinate in soy sauce or desired spices.
Choose a preferred cooking method. Suitable for deep-frying, baking, stewing and stir-frying.
Storage instructions:
Store in a refrigerator between +2°C and +7°C.
Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.

There was no vacuum inside the package and the tofu should actually be kept at fridge temperature all the time according to the package. It had gone sour. I still ate it. It has a very nice, creamy texture. I'm sure it's very good when it's fresh.
