Flavourless guar gum by Nutrigold can absorb water, forming a gel that can thicken and bind products without changing one's flavour. Given it is generally low in calories and mainly composed of soluble fibre, there is no such thing as adding too much. Carelessly mix it into the recipe as desired and indulge in its original taste that enhances the texture.
Suggested use:
Add about 0,1 to 1% to any food as a thickener and food binder. Often used in a gluten-free diet for doughs and baked goods.
Can be used in lotions, facial masks, shampoos and other cosmetic products.
