Vitamin B12, also called cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin, indispensable for the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, as well as for blood formation. Cobalamin is one of the eight B vitamins which affects DNA synthesis and regulation, as well as fatty acids and amino acids metabolism.

What are liposomes?

Recommended daily dose:

2ml on its own or in a glass of water or juice.
