• COLD PRESSED UNFILTERED OLIVE OIL 

Casolare Bio unfiltered olive oil is obtained from organically grown olives under surveillance of an ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification). This raw (unfiltered), dark green extra virgin olive oil is characterized by higher content of polyphenols and other volatile substances responsible for oil protection and its traditional smell and flavour. 

Suggested use:

This type of oil is traditionally used raw, most often in salads, toasted bread or as a dressing for legumes. By consuming oil in that way, you can entirely enjoy its natural flavours.
