Oriental Millet - Organic 150g Antersdorfer Mühle

Antersdorfer is a small village in Lower Bavaria. There are 250 organic farmers in the vicinity supplying this company with grain. It can't be closer than that!

Only the best organic grains are being processed into first-class mill products.

Millet is the basis of this dish. Carefully selected vegetables and fine Arabic spices are added; so you can prepare a delicious oriental dish in no time.

Suggested use:

Braise the contents of the pack with a little oil in a pan, pour 450 ml of water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then loosen the millet with a fork. Quantity is sufficient for 2-3 servings.
