Millet flour may not be the first food on your mind when it comes to Christmas cakes, but a combination of ginger and cinnamon, that's a Christmas miracle!

Instructions:

  1. Mix the egg, butter, vanilla extract and agave syrup.
  2. Gradually stir in dry ingredients into wet ones.
  3. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  4. Roll the dough into balls, put on the prepared baking tray with some space between each to allow for spreading and press in gently.
  5. Bake for 12-15 mins at 180°C until golden brown.

*You may use 5 tablespoons of honey instead of coconut sugar and agave syrup.
