Polenta pizza base (crust) is amazingly delicious and nothing like to traditional pizza base. If you are looking for a dry, ''bready'' pizza base, this is definitely not the recipe for you. This polenta crust pizza is a fun, wholesome way to serve pizza. This vegan crust is full of fibre and is gluten-free. 

Forget the cholesterol in this food and that is why yellow polenta pizza is the winner among all pizzas. 

Instead of preparing a homemade pizza base that takes time, go on your way and make some polenta pizza! 

Instructions:

  1. Place the baking paper on the baking tray. Put the broth to boil, then reduce the heat and add all the spices and olive oil.
  2. Then add the polenta and stir for 3-5 minutes until it becomes a smooth mixture. Place the mixture on baking paper and spread with a spatula or spoon thinly (1 cm max).
  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then preheat the oven to 230 degrees.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes and take out, turn the dough to the other side and put the tomato and other ingredients you want on that other side, then bake for a few more minutes until the cheese (if you have it) melts or until the ingredients, mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, etc. ) do not become baked.
