Dried Basil - Organic 50g Nutrigold

Basil leaf (Ocimum basilicum) also known as the "royal plant", is an annual plant that originates from tropical areas and was cultivated in ancient Egypt.
Today, it is mostly associated with Italy due to its frequent use in various dishes.

Nutrigold chopped basil comes from 100% organic basil and he is recognizable by its warm-sweet taste. Regarding use in the recipes, basil is inseparable from tomatoes, especially pasta dishes and pizzas. This fragrant herb also blends well with other spices such as chives, coriander and garlic.
It is recommended to add it at the end of cooking in order to preserve its aromas and intensify the flavours of the dishes you are preparing.

Suggested use:

Great in tomato sauces, salad dressings, soups and stews.
