Wild Rice - Organic 150g Antersdorfer Mühle

Antersdorfer is a small village in Lower Bavaria. There are 250 organic farmers in the vicinity supplying this company with grain. It can't be closer than that!

Wild rice has a distinctive black grain. It is not refined and processed, therefore one of the best types of rice available.

Suggested use:

Bring 125g of wild rice to the boil in 250 ml lightly salted water and simmer for about 40 minutes over medium heat.
