Arugula Seed for Sprouts - Organic 30g Geo

Arugula sprouts develop dark green leaved shoots offering very tasty flavour that goes well with many dishes. These seeds, if placed in water, quickly develop a completely water repellent gelatinous membrane.

Suggested use:

The normal period in water is not necessary for arugula seeds. Simply rinse and soak for 5 to 10 minutes and arrange them together with developed gelatinous mass on the appropriate surface depending on the desired sprouting method. Add water once daily until first sprouts occur, 2-3 times per day afterwards. Complete germination occurs in 5 to 6 days. Washed, they can be consumed immediately or stored in the refrigerator up to one week.
