Ingredients:

Spelt flour 76,69%*, buckwheat flour 19,63%*, sugar 1,23%*, salt 1,84%*, sodium bicarbonate 0,61%*
*from controlled organic agriculture

Suggested use:

Pour the bread mixture into a bowl and add 420 ml of yoghurt. Gently stir with a cooking spoon (do not use an electric mixer). Line the bread tray with greaseproof paper and pour the prepared mixture. 

Bake for 45-50 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
