Rosemary is an evergreen shrub with needle-like leaves and pale blue flowers native to the Mediterranean region, where it is an indispensable herb and seasoning ingredient in many recipes. Suggested use:

Use as a herb to complement a wide variety of foods, most often meat dishes. Add to taste. Due to its strength, a recommendation is to use it moderately to preserve other flavourings. If desired, grind for a finer texture.
