Coconut Flour - Gluten Free Bio 250g Probios

Coconut is the fruit of coconut palm (Cocos nucifera), defined by the inhabitants of Pacific island as the "tree of life"  due to its exceptional properties and diversity of use.

Due to its strong flavour, coconut flour is excellent for preparing desserts, biscuits or as a thickener for sauces and creams. It can be used to prepare drinks.
