Buckwheat Couscous Gluten Free - Bio 375g Probios

Try buckwheat couscous which gives a strong taste to this traditional meal with its organoleptic properties.
Certified gluten-free source of fibre. 

Ingredients:

Whole grain buckwheat*
*from controlled organic agriculture

Suggested use:

Pour 250g couscous in 250ml of boiling salted water, add 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. Stir slowly. Remove from the heat and set aside for about 2 minutes. Add two tablespoons of olive oil and cook on light heat for another 3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Store in a dry and dark place.
