Suggested use:

Recommended daily intake is 6-10 tablets, ideally 3 to 5 tablets twice daily. Drink with water or any other liquid. It is advisable to slowly introduce this dietary supplement to your diet allowing your body to adapt. Try to avoid mixing with hot food.

1 tablet = 500mg; 10 tablets = 5g.
