Tomato & Basil Gluten Free Veggie Burger Mix - Organic 140g BauckHof

The vegan tomato and basil burger mix is ideal for quick preparation at home. All you have to do is add water and heat-treat, or traditionally fry.

Ingredients:

Whole grain rice flakes*, rice flour*, whole grain millet flakes*, extruded corn* (whole grain rice flour*, corn flour*, sea salt), corn flour*, tomato flakes* (double concentrated tomato paste 3%*, corn starch*), tomato pieces 3,5%*, salt, onion*, basil 0,4%*, parsnip*, olive oil*, carrot*, turmeric*, pepper*
*from controlled organic agriculture 

Gluten-free. Suitable for vegans. 

Warning:

May contain traces of nuts, sesame, soy, mustard and lupine.

Suggested use:

This package is enough for 4 large or 8-10 small burgers. Mix the contents of the package with 175 ml of boiled water and let it rest for 15 minutes. With moistened hands, form patties the size of a soup spoon. Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. Suitable for grilling or as finger food. Sunday burger: Add garlic, a little parmesan cheese, finely chopped mushrooms and fresh basil. Zucchini mixture: Mix the contents of the package with 250 g of quark, put in an ovenproof dish, cover with slices of zucchini, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
