White Peppercorns are one of the most essential spices in everyday cuisine and have been used since Roman times.
All types of pepper come from the same plant, but they differ in the processing methods. In addition to white, there is also black, green and red pepper.

Nutrigold's 100% organic white pepper is produced by a special technique in which the berries are dried and soaked in water to remove the outer, darker membrane. Such a process gives white pepper its characteristic white colour and slightly softer aroma because the flakes contain essential oils responsible for its bitterness.
White peppercorns are indispensable in the preparation of "white" dishes but can be used in various ways. It will go perfectly with a variety of dishes and are a great choice for anyone who wants a slightly weaker flavour of spiciness in dishes rather than stronger characteristics of black pepper.

For a more complex flavour, pair it with spices such as basil, turmeric, cloves and garlic.

Suggested use:

Ready to use as is or grind. Add to taste. Pepper loses its flavour when cooked for long periods of time, so add close to the end of cooking time.
Perfect to use in light-coloured dishes like fish or poultry, white gravies, cream sauces, potato dishes and salad dressings.
