Chyawanprash - 250g Dabur

Dabur Chyawanprash is an ayurvedic formulation of more than 40 ayurvedic herbs, fruits and spices blended together followed ancient ayurvedic recipe. Chyawanprash can be taken by people from all age groups. Children, adults and elderly people should use for supreme health benefits.

Suggested use:

Recommended daily dosage is one teaspoon twicw daily. 4+ year old children should be taking from 1/4 to 1 teaspoon twice a day while the dose for elderly people is 1/3 of a teaspoon three times per day.

Commonly mixed with warm milk or taken on its own, although it can be consumed as a bread spread.
