These gluten free rice noodles made for ramen soup have a firm structure that will stay compact and noodles will not overcook.

Suggested use:
Cook in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Stir in your favourite sauce or add to soup.

Note:

Usage instructions:
Add the noodles to a large amount of boiling water and immediately stir gently with a fork. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water. Serve with oriental vegetables and Japanese seasonings.
