Red cabbage sprouts are very rich in nutrients, especially in sulfur substances in concentrations up to 50 times higher than the mature vegetable. The red-purple sprouts have a sweeter and more delicate flavour than broccoli sprouts which come from the same family.

Suggested use:

Soak in water overnight. The next morning arrange them on the appropriate surface like sprouter tray or sprouting jar allowing seed to increase their volume at least 4 times. Keep at room temperature and in good light conditions. Wet 2-3 times a day until complete germination occurs in 4-6 days. They can be consumed immediately or stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
