Suggested use:

Whole grain wheat is mainly used in pasta and bread where it is easiest to digest. Soak before cooking for 6 to 8 hours. Cook in water to a wheat ratio of 2:1 for 50-60 minutes or until tender.

Wheat grains can be sprouted into wheatgrass or ground to make flour.
