White Tea Pai Mu Tan - Organic 30g Nutrigold

Chinese saying: ''As we wash with water on the outside, so we wash with tea on the inside''.

White Pai Mu Tan tea is also known as the “tea of the emperors” has been one of the most prized teas in China. It was named after the distinctive silvery fluff that covered the buds during the harvest, which turned white when the tea dried.
The leaves for the production of Nutrigold white tea are harvested from a special tea bush Camellia sinensis in early spring in the foggy mountains of the Chinese provinces. Young leaves and buds are harvested just before the buds open and oxidation begins and then dried naturally in the sun.

Nutrigold white tea is from 100% certified organic cultivation and without artificial sweeteners which contributes to the fullness of taste. The numerous benefits of consuming white tea are almost identical to the stated benefits of consuming green tea. But unlike green, white tea is not exposed to high temperatures during processing, it is richer in antioxidants and its taste is milder and softer, that is, less grassy.

White tea is considered one of the highest quality types of tea so it is not recommended to mix them with milk, and due to the extremely delicate and decent fruity taste with subtle herbal aromas, it is suitable for drinking throughout the day.

Suggested use:

Put 1 teaspoon of tea leaves in a tea strainer. Pour the hot water (75-80°C) over the leaves. Steep for 1-3 minutes and strain.
Although recommended daily dose varies, 3-4 cups daily are enough.
