Suggested use:
Whole grain rice flour works great as a sauce thickener, as a breading for fried dishes and base for various baked goods. Perfect for adding to pancakes, muffins, scones and cookies. Since it is slightly coarser than traditional flour, we recommend heating flour with the required liquid before use and adding other ingredients to the cool mixture in order to break down the texture.
